Hobbies:
Snowboarding, Yoga and meditation, Weightlifting, Movie nights , paddle boarding, reading, Self development, Traveling, Visiting different wineries and experiencing new restaurants
Responsibilities:
Supports accounting, clerical, company personnel and processes payroll.
Education & Experience:
Four years accounting and business experience. Currently attending university to obtain Accounting Certificate.
Hobbies:
Snowboarding, attending local concerts, traveling, reading, cooking, and hiking with dog.
Responsibilities:
Create print and digital media for golf, lodging and development groups. Manage social media and website assets.
Education & Experience:
BFA in Graphic Design & Minor in Interior Design - Weber State University (Utah).
Hobbies:
Hikes with husband and 5 kids, big family movie & board game nights, camping, rafting, slot canyons, and skiing.
Responsibilities:
Cost analysis, budgeting, project management of existing and new developments.
Education & Experience:
BS - Weber State University (Utah) with over 30 years real estate experience, including a $5M San Diego portfolio.
Hobbies:
Snowmobiling, skiing, mountain biking, wakeboarding, golf.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily business operations of the real estate arm. Strategic marketing, securing contracted sales, compliance, develop brokerage and client relationships.
Education & Experience :
BS - Florida State University. Licensed real estate Broker in Florida and Utah, with 20 years experience.
Hobbies:
Running, hiking, snow skiing, water sports, golfing, camping, cruising, being a dad and husband.
Responsibilities:
Manage sales and marketing, direct brand, graphic design, and the architectural design team to create new products and bring them to market.
Education & Experience:
BS - Saddleback College with a Utah Real Estate License since 2013.
Hobbies:
Snow skiing, resort & backcountry Cycling - Mountain, Gravel, & Bikepacking, Canyoneering, Hiking, Family.
Responsibilities:
Manage development team members, property acquisition, project feasibility research, construction and budget management.
Education & Experience:
BS, History and Political Science - University of Oregon. 21 years in real estate development.
Hobbies:
Family travel, camping and skiing - In 2001 moved to Ogden Valley from the northwest for a ski season and never left.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all areas of vertical construction including costs and budgeting. Manage new development needs for all projects, and golf course management.
Education & Experience:
Licensed Utah contractor with 30 years experience in industry.
Hobbies:
All things outdoors: Golf, Hunting, Fishing, Skiing and snowmobiling

Maintain, manage and analyze financial statements, company budgets, HR functions/payroll processing, oversee functionality of the Resort.
Education & Experience :
BS Accounting - University of Utah, CCE - Eide Bailly, with over 28 years experience in managing accounts.

hiking/backpacking, golfing, paddle boarding, swimming and world travel.

Education & Experience: Management consulting, investment banking and private equity. Large-scale conservation projects leveraging the carbon and biodiversity markets. Real estate in the US and Mexico. BS in Economics from Utah State University.
Hobbies:
Exhausting myself in nature with my friends and family - trad climbing, downhill mountain biking, surfing, backcountry skiing and snowmobiling
Responsibilities:
Operations, strategic planning and initiatives, finance, marketing and sales, operating equipment and pounding nails if needed. Started on the debt side 10 years ago bringing funds from a family office, recognized the opportunity and eventually transitioned into co-ownership.
Education & Experience:
Deal underwriting for a small family office, held CA loan broker lic., 35 yrs real estate investor experience, 20 yrs PT practice owner/operator. 2x national champion & World Cup freestyle skier 1985-88. BS in PT - University of Utah.
Hobbies:
Skiing, cycling, hiking, classic cars, trail and community building, gathering and laughing with friends and family.
Responsibilities:
Operations, strategic planning and initiatives, finance, marketing and sales, developing 1000’s of residential homes, condos townhomes homesites and
commercial spaces throughout Ogden Valley over the last 27 years.
Education & Experience:
With 32 years of contracting and real estate experience, John Lewis owned and operated Lewis Homes Inc. and served eight years as chair of the Ogden Valley Planning Commission. He is a key player in 80% of Ogden Valley's development, driving its sustainable future. BS in Business - University of Southern California.
Hobbies:
Triathlons, fishing, art, creative architecture, trail running, road and mountain biking, travel, family and kids.
